Did you miss ANAC’s Licensing Webinar last week? You can still take advantage of the learning. The webinar recording and slides are now available to members on our Feeds Regulations 2024 webpage.

Next week, the CFIA will be holding a virtual information session on livestock feed licences.

The CFIA has published the guidance document How to request a livestock feeds licence to assist industry in planning, applying for and managing their feed licences in My CFIA.

The CFIA has launched their feed licensing platform within My CFIA. You may now access the platform to pre-emptively apply for your feed licence(s), though they will not be issued until the licensing provisions under the Feeds Regulations, 2024 come into force on December 17, 2025.

ANAC will be holding a Feed Licensing Webinar to provide members with further insight into key considerations for developing your business’s feed licensing approach. Incorporating lessons learned from the food licensing space, we encourage members to attend this webinar before submitting their feed licence application(s).

The CFIA has published minor updates to their Medication sequencing guideline for management of drug carryover.
