New restrictions due to HPAI in Chile
Please be advised that a new outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) has been identified in Chile. Poultry, birds (including pet birds) and certain poultry products originating from the restricted zone are not permitted for import into Canada. Poultry products originating from outside the restricted zone may continue to be imported as usual.
