The Canadian Ractopamine-Free Pork Certification Program (CRFPCP) is an export program managed by industry and overseen by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) who certify that pork products made under this program and exported from Canada originate from pigs that have never been fed and/or exposed to ractopamine hydrochloride (i.e. ractopamine).
Commercial feed mills (CFMs) and feed retail outlets who supply feed or feed ingredients to pork producers participating in the program must be enrolled in the CRFPCP. As well, CFMs and feed retail outlets who supply feed or feed ingredients to other CFMs enrolled on the program must also participate in the CRFPCP.

If you need to enroll in the CRFPCP, you must meet all program requirements, including being subject to third-party audits. For ANAC members and FeedAssure® certified facilities, third-party audits can be booked by contacting FeedAssure® at feedassure-proqualite@anacan.org.
