The Pre-Audit Documentation (PAD) review is a new component of the audit process under FeedAssure® v.4 2022. The PAD review enables auditors to take a risk- and outcome-based approach to auditing. By reviewing a series of the facility’s key documents ahead of the onsite audit, auditors can better plan their audit to prioritize high-risk areas while onsite.
