A strong procedure is a great starting point: it defines roles, responsibilities and explains how a task should be done. But a procedure on its own does not demonstrate the full implementation of the process. Records are the proof!

A facility’s written procedures do more than describe how tasks are to be executed. They become the standard for how tasks are completed in a facility and are the reference points for expectations during FeedAssure® audits. That means two things need to align at the same time: procedures must meet FeedAssure® requirements, and they must reflect what can realistically be done and sustained.
