Registration and Payment

Registrations will be finalized upon receipt of an online payment. If you are unable to make an online payment please email info@anacan.org to see if an alternative payment method can be accommodated.


For cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of the event date, registration fees will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of the event will not be refunded, however registrations may be transferred to another person. Please email info@anacan.org to arrange any registration transfers.

Photos and Video

Please note that at events organized by the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC) pictures and videos may be taken and posted on ANAC’s website or included in promotional materials. If you see a photograph of yourself online that you do not wish posted, please contact info@anacan.org and it will be promptly removed.


By registering for this event, you agree that event organizers may contact you by email or telephone, to provide information related to this event, or about other ANAC events and opportunities. The information you provide on your registration form will be recorded in ANAC’s databases and will be used for administration and promotional purposes.

Event organizers may also share your registration information with providers of services relating to the event (e.g. venues, hotels and event managers) for purposes of fulfilling your booking or providing technical support only. Your contact information will not be shared with or sold to any other parties.

A list of all event participants and their affiliated company/organization may be included in the event package and on lists of attendees.
