Registration and Payment
Registrations will be finalized upon receipt of an online payment. If you are unable to make an online payment please email info@anacan.org to see if an alternative payment method can be accommodated.
In-person and virtual participants will receive directions on how to access the virtual conference and recordings one week prior to the event. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you will not share the virtual conference link or password.
Cancellations
For cancellations received by April 15, registration fees will be refunded minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 15 will not be refunded, however registrations may be transferred to another person. Please email info@anacan.org to arrange any registration transfers.
Photos and Video
Please note that pictures and videos may be taken at the Animal Nutrition Conference of Canada and may be posted on our website or included in promotional materials. If you see a photograph of yourself online that you do not want posted, please contact info@anacan.org and it will be promptly removed.
Privacy
By registering for this conference, you agree that the conference organizers may contact you by email or telephone, to provide information related to this conference, or about other Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC) conferences, events and opportunities. The information you provide on your registration form will be recorded in ANAC’s databases and will be used for administration and promotional purposes.
The conference organizers may also share your registration information with providers of services relating to the event (e.g. venues, hotels and virtual event managers) for purposes of fulfilling your booking or providing technical support only. Your contact information will not be shared with or sold to any other parties.
A list of all conference participants and their affiliated company/organization may be included in the conference package and on lists of attendees.
