- Managing mill staff (build high performance team)
- Overseeing staff to ensure HACCP procedures are followed and maintain certification
- Assisting in budgeting process and achieving goals/targets
- Managing feed manufacturing process/optimizing our assets
- Supporting preventative maintenance programs and team
- Providing leadership in employee development & training
- Ensuring safe workplace
- Leading a continuous improvement environment
- Produce a quality feed to our animals.
