{"id":13240,"date":"2022-10-21T14:39:30","date_gmt":"2022-10-21T18:39:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.anacan.org\/?page_id=13240"},"modified":"2026-03-27T13:55:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T17:55:18","slug":"elaborer-votre-plan-de-securite-des-aliments-du-betail-proqualite","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.anacan.org\/fr\/elaborer-votre-plan-de-securite-des-aliments-du-betail-proqualite\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9laborer votre plan de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description du cours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un plan de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> bien con\u00e7u, document\u00e9 et mis en \u0153uvre est une m\u00e9thode syst\u00e9matique reposant sur les principes d\u2019analyse des risques aux points critiques (HACCP) qui devient un outil puissant pour assurer un approvisionnement s\u00e9curitaire d\u2019aliments du b\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette s\u00e9rie de formation en quatre volets portera sur la m\u00e9thodologie servant \u00e0 l\u2019identification des risques \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail et \u00e0 l\u2019analyse de risque utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration du plan de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>. Le contenu de ce cours a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 jour pour refl\u00e9ter le programme ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> v.4 2022. Ce cours d\u2019introduction interactif sera offert dans le cadre d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de s\u00e9ances de formation durant quatre demi-journ\u00e9es, de 13 h \u00e0 17 h (HAE), deux fois par ann\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Session d\u2019automne :<\/strong> 14, 15, 21 et 22 octobre de 13 h \u00e0 17 h (HNE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de la formation, vous pourrez&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>d\u00e9crire les dangers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effectuer des \u00e9valuations des risques et des analyses des dangers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comprendre les programmes pr\u00e9alables (PPA) de ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prendre des mesures pour cr\u00e9er un plan de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des aliments du b\u00e9tail conforme \u00e0 ProQualit\u00e9<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les participants doivent s\u2019inscrire et un ordinateur d\u00e9di\u00e9 est requis pour chaque inscription (c.\u2011\u00e0-d. on ne peut pas suivre ce cours en groupe). Il faut au moins 15 participants pour donner le cours. toutes les exigences individuelles pour l&rsquo;apprentissage \u00e0 l&rsquo;ANAC (<a href=\"mailto:nsflearn@nsf.org\">info@anacan.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ANAC \u00e9met un certificat de r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 tous ceux et celles qui r\u00e9pondent avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements d\u2019apprentissage, incluant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>inscription au d\u00e9but du cours de formation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pr\u00e9sence de 90 % \u00e0 toutes les sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enti\u00e8re participation (et ach\u00e8vement satisfaisant) \u00e0 toutes les activit\u00e9s relatives au programme, y compris les activit\u00e9s de groupe, les travaux assign\u00e9s et les \u00e9valuations pertinentes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les crit\u00e8res de succ\u00e8s doivent \u00eatre rencontr\u00e9s pour recevoir un certificat de r\u00e9ussite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Techniques et m\u00e9thodes d&rsquo;enseignement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de techniques et m\u00e9thodes d\u2019enseignement peuvent servir au cours du programme, y&nbsp;compris conf\u00e9rences, discussions en grands et petits groupes, simulations, d\u00e9monstrations d\u2019habilet\u00e9s, \u00e9tudes de cas, documents distribu\u00e9s, DVD p\u00e9dagogiques, p\u00e9riodes de questions et r\u00e9ponses, tests pr\u00e9alables et subs\u00e9quents, et
