CVS Resolutions

We have received the official documents from CFIA describing the revised CVS (Compliance Verification System) inspection tasks which will take effect in January, and these have now been posted to the ANAC website. The documents also describe how CFIA will deal with corrective action requests (CARs) issued during the dialogue and resolution process.

We are now in the process of obtaining from CFIA the latest version of the sequencing tool and the accompanying carryover protocol, both of which were amended during the dialogue and resolution process. As soon as we receive these documents, we will post them to the website so that you will have a chance to review and work with them in advance of the industry information sessions being planned by CFIA for February.

ANAC makes every effort to ensure that the most current information is available, however, it is your responsibilty to verify with your inspector that you have the latest version.
