Hotel Reservations

The Westin Bayshore is located at 1601 Bayshore Drive in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

To reserve your rooms, contact the Westin Bayshore at 1-800-Westin-1 or 604-682-3377 and be sure to mention that you are with the ANAC group to obtain the reduced room rate. You may also make reservations through :

Individuals will be required to guarantee their reservations by use of a major credit card. If guests do not check in, their credit card will be charged one night room charge plus applicable taxes and 50% of room revenue and applicable taxes for any remaining nights (i.e. nights 2, 3, 4, etc.).. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 pm.

Reservation must be received prior to March 2, 2012.  After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee either room or group rate availability.

Group Rates:

ANAC has negotiated the following group rates for the Convention.

Rates are quoted in Canadian dollar and are subject to all applicable provincial and federal taxes.
