ANAC has partnered with NSF International (formerly the Guelph Food Technology Centre) to create a new web-based feed safety course. The course, tailored to address feed industry hazards, is designed for those new to HACCP looking to gain a better understanding of the fundamentals required to implement HACCP and preventive controls in their facilities. This interactive course will be offered as a webinar series over four half days in September and October and will allow participants to practice new concepts between sessions. Active participation for all four sessions is mandatory to receive the final certificate. The course will be limited to the first 25 registrants. Additional course offerings and an offering in French may be offered in Spring 2018 based on interest. For more detailed course information and to register, please visit ANAC’s website.
