About ANAC
The Animal Nutrition Association of Canada (ANAC) is the national trade association for Canada's feed industry.
ANAC's 180 member companies manufacture livestock and poultry feed and supply grains, oilseed meals, micro-ingredients and other commodity and related services to the industry. Companies representing 90% of commercial feed manufacturing in Canada benefit from membership in ANAC.
The feed industry is an important part of Canada's agri-food economy and a key partner in the country's food safety system. ANAC advocates on behalf of the industry with government regulators and policy-makers, to foster a favourable business environment for its members in the context of the highest standards of feed and food safety.
